“ I visited this truck at Peltzer Winery after a good tasting at Bottaia and I will say, after all the wine I had, it was time to eat. The cashier recommended the short rib sandwich. Absolutely delicious! The bread was perfectly toasted with butter, the meat was plentiful and had great flavor. I would absolutely recommend it! We also had the Parmesan truffle fries and they were great. The food was great, the people working were great. It was an awesome experience. If you are in the Temecula area and see this truck, give it a try. ”

“ I eat at ALOT of food trucks, but this place is AMAZING... now it could be all the wine that I've had but even if that's the case it doesn't make up for the GREAT service I've experienced! Casey is so knowledgeable about the menu which is to be expected but what's not expected (especially in this climate) is his amazing personality and sense of humor which transcends further than anything that can be purchased and consumed! Moral of the story... go for the food, but come back for Casey! ”
